The Coastside Local Food Hub is a women-owned, community-driven initiative founded by Veronica to strengthen and revitalize the local agricultural economy of San Mateo County. Built to support small and mid-scale producers, the Food Hub provides shared infrastructure for aggregation, distribution, and processing—removing barriers that often limit market access for local farmers. Rooted in sustainability and equity, the Coastside Local Food Hub prioritizes farmer-first values, resilient regional supply chains, and a food system that benefits producers, institutions, and the broader community.
