Hodo Foods is an Oakland-based maker of organic tofu and plant-based foods. Founded in 2004 by Minh Tsai to recreate the traditional tofu he grew up eating, Hodo handcrafts products from braised tofu to soymilk. They use fresh, organic soybeans grown on U.S. farms.
