JAS Family Farms Organics is a regenerative, family-run farm producing USDA Organic–certified and Fair Trade–certified vegetables on California’s Central Coast. Founded in August 2014 by Tony Serrano, the farm is rooted in generational knowledge, hard work, and a deep commitment to sustainable farming. JAS grows and packs a diverse mix of vegetables—including summer squash, heirloom tomatoes, eggplant, artichokes, and hot peppers—cultivated with care for both people and the land.
